What business do you work with and do you offer white label services?

We only work directly with small businesses and do not offer white label services. We do not work with industries that include any of the following - multilevel marketing, digital or social media marketing agencies, web and app developers, marketing agencies or coaches or freelance marketers.

What is SEO and why is it important?

SEO means Search engine optimization. It is a set of rules for optimizing your website so that it can achieve higher rankings in search engines’ organic results.

If you have a web site, blog or online store, SEO can help you get targeted free traffic from search engines.

SEO can put you ahead of the competition. If two web sites are selling the same thing, the search engine optimized website is more likely to have more customers and make more sales.

How to improve SEO?

To improve SEO, you have to work on three categories in tandem: Technical SEO, On-page SEO and Off-Page SEO.

Technical SEO: It has to do with settings you need to configure to make the job of search engine crawlers easier. Some tasks include optimizing Your URL Structure, Navigation Structure, Implement Structured Data Markup, Website Speed and Mobile Friendliness. 

On-Page SEO: On-Page SEO has to do primarily with the content and other elements found on a page. Improving the website structure, SEO keywords, title optimization, headings, internal links, image SEO. 

Off-Page SEO: It is the work you can do to increase the trust and dependability of your website for the Search engines. Some of the techniques include building links and citations on well-known and trusted sites.

What is the process to sign up?

The process is easy! We do all the work for you, you sit back, relax and enjoy rankings.

  • You begin by signing up for one our SEO packages listed here: 
  • We find the keywords that will be the most effective for you by doing competitive research. We share a report that shows where you currently rank for those keywords as a baseline
  • Once you approve the keywords, we get to work on improving the SEO as listed here. (Link to other FAQ)
  • In 4 weeks we share the tasks that have been completed with the results. You get time to review everything before being billed again. 
What do you need from me?
  • We need links to 3-4 of your top competitors’ websites for research and analysis
  • Depending on whether you want us to update the meta tags, descriptions and blogs, we will either request the login to your website or let you update them yourself.
  • We need access to your Google My Business and analytics to review the accuracy of the set up and the way it is linked to your website.
How long will it take to see results and when can i expect leads or Sale?

Since it depends on various factors such as where you currently rank, website age, amount of work already done on on-page and off-page SEO etc. You can expect to get leads and sales when you are on the first page of the search engine. It works the best if you are in top 1- 3 listings.  Here’s some estimates based on our experience for each of our packages.

  • Kick Ass SEO – Established rankings can expect results in 5-6 months, newer sites / no rankings can expect results in 7-9 months
  • Big Bang SEO – Established rankings can expect results in 2-4 months, newer sites / no rankings can expect results in 4-6 months

What are Google Ads and How do i get started?

Google Ads is a pay-per-click advertising platform. You set up a daily buget and only pay when a prospective customer takes action that is set by you. It can be anything from completing an order, or when they click your ad to visit your website or they complete a phone call to your business. The cost per click depends on the competition in your market.

Google Ads makes it easy to show the world what’s unique about your business, so you can reach customers searching for what you offer whether a service or products. Google Ads can help you across the board:

What is the recommended Ad spend and how do i pay that?

Based on years of research and experience, we recommend at least a minimum ad spend of $1,000 to be effective. Your ad spend is paid directly to Google, you will need to have a major credit card saved in Google Ads. Please feel free to contact us via our contact page and we can give you a cost per click and ad spend estimate. 

We work with you to increase or lower the ad spend depending on the goals/time of the year.

I have a Google Ads account, how does the process work?

Let us walk you through the process by showing the work we do at the beginning of a new campaign if you do not have a Google Ads account.
Week 1 – Initial Set up of all Google tools, Research and Analyzing data.

Setup Gmail account, research and analyze keywords, create benchmark, review competition, define keywords (both positive and negative)

Week 2 – Campaign and Ad Set up

Create all text and banner ads and write all ad copy, Setup campaigns based on keywords, Create ads, setup tracking, submit ads for approval. (Video will have to be provided)

Week 3 – Monitor, track and optimize

Monitor and track ads, conversions across all campaigns

Week 4 – Continue Optimization and present results

Continue to monitor and track ads, conversions throughout the campaigns and provide results in summarized format.

I do not have a Google Ads account, how does the process work?

Get access to all your current accounts to review the set up and suggest changes that need to be implemented to be sent over for approval.

Week 2 – Implement suggested changes

Work on implementing the suggested changes across provided google tools and set up anything else that might be missing.

Week 3 – Monitor, track and optimize

Create all text and banner ads and write all ad copy, Setup campaigns based on keywords, Create ads, setup tracking, submit ads for approval. (Video will have to be provided)

Week 4 – Continue Optimization and present results

Continue to monitor and track ads, conversions throughout the campaigns and provide results in summarized format.

How long will it take to see results and when can i expect leads or Sale?

We typically can get sales or leads in the 2nd month if not the 1st. Based on our experience, the best Return on Investment will be In 3-4 months. If you want to know why, please continue reading.

Month 1 – Mostly data collection and setup, it’s likely to get conversions, but the most important thing is to learn and optimize.
Month 2 – Work on Improving the quality score while lowering cost per click. We focus more attention on campaigns that are getting better conversions.
Month 3 – Working on tweaking campaigns or with you to improve the landing page (if available). We move more budget into the best performing campaigns and pause campaigns that are underperforming.
Ongoing months – We keep repeating the actions from Month 3 and continue to eliminate what’s not performing. We move your budget into what is working the best which in turn has lower cost per click but our focus is always to get you the most conversions.
